ABOUT THE STUDIO:
Our rates are primarily set for monthly "projects", something we are part of in development and with original material we split publishing royalties with the artist. To that end we charge a monthly fee of $300 for a day a week in the studio- thereby putting the artist on a monthly schedule- the benefits being; the artist has a week between sessions to practice/write to their song, and we have a constant "set" schedule for our producers and engineers.

WHERE WE ARE:
We are located in Edmonton, Alberta, and cater to music development projects from inception to final mix. In other words, we work closely with new artists to write and produce original material.

WHAT WE HAVE:
The facility boasts one of the most complete ready-to-go production setups in Canada. We have keyboards, real drums, guitar/bass amps and effects always plugged in and online ready-to-record. Just pick up an instrument and press record!

Together with fully automated recording software and a complete control surface, the studio is able to bring a song from rough outline to final mix in a day... an engineer/musician's dream studio. (After all, that's who it was designed for).

The recording studio is based around Cubase SX with both programs fully integrated into the studio environment. Also available is ProTools for post work.

HOW WE CHARGE:
It is possible to book out a block of time, but it requires a month in advance notice and a deposit of half the hours booked.

Projects/development- single artist requiring writing and development 160/month for a weekly block of time. + engineer rates.
group of artists (band etc.) requiring production and engineering 160/month for a weekly block of time. + engineer rates.
Hourly rates are $30/hr.
Daily rates are $150/day
